Hey everyone! Welcome to Week 2 of the Made to Crave study!

If a certain time is best for you to join me on the study, let me know. I tried around 12:30 pm EST last week to meet with everyone, but today I will be on at 2:30 pm EST to work through the book. I won’t have a video for today, but we can go through questions and we can definitely pray together! 🙂

Successes this week:
Got through Week 1 of Made to Crave Participant’s Guide.
Made a meal plan for one day and followed it.
Exercised 3 out of 5 days.
Drank enough water 3 out of 5 days.
Things I Need to Improve On:
Taking my vitamin daily.
Drinking enough water every day.
Keep changing my food habits to healthy ones.
