So, if you have been following my blog at all you will be able to see that I have been trying to eat the “Trim Healthy Mama” way. But since having my baby, all I feel like I am doing is EATING! And, no, I didn’t stay on the Trim Healthy Mama food suggestions like I should have. Baby brain mixed with not eating right makes a brain just putter out. (I sometimes feel like my ADD has taken over. 🙂 )
I realized I needed to add some more Fuel Pulls to my diet because of the eating issue. I know I am nursing and I know I need to eat, but what I keep pulling from my cabinets are carbs and over amounts of fats. I can see it sticking to my frame and I would rather stay at the weight I was once the baby came out instead of increasing it.
The first suggestion she mentions is drinking Good Girl Moonshine and 6-8 cups of water. I think I have already incorporated that and even list drinks that should help you in another post.
The other suggestion was to make all your snacks Fuel Pull. She has some great Fuel Pull (FP) recipes , such as her brownies (which I made the other day) and other great snack ideas. Eventually I want to try her chocolate and vanilla cake master mixes so cakes can be made quicker. She even lists all her Fuel Pull recipes on her site.
