Okay, so this past week, I blew it. The only thing I actually accomplished was water intake and exercising daily. Within the last 3 or 4 days, I have been having the wrong foods. (I am eating a corn dog as we speak… Before that I had cookies. Oh my goodness gracious, why am I eating so bad?!)
So welcome to my crash course through Made to Crave! I am not going to be able to show the videos, but I know the book, in and of itself, is wonderful! It inspired me the last time I read it, and I know it will do it again. I have the participant’s guide this time as well, so we are going to work on and through that together! Maybe my Mom will join to, since we have been planning to do this study for months, but have never gotten to it! I have them on my kindle, though I do wish I had the paper. Something about that helps this whole process for me, but I will make it work! Do whatever is affordable or ask a friend if they have a copy.

God, I just thank you for this time. This time I can share with my sisters in Christ out there. Help us to change through this study. Help us to be empowered by Your Spirit. Help us to seek You during this time and help us to know you deeper. Thank You for pulling us in the direction of change and growth. Help us glorify you in the way we eat. I pray that for any who have watched the video, that they will desire to go farther in this walk with you and will join me in just looking to you instead of food. Break through our flesh. Help us gain victory in this area, we pray. Amen.
